Inner child
Inner child work involves acknowledging and healing the wounds from our past, often rooted in our childhood identity, emotions, triggers, and past experiences, which evoke intense emotional responses in our adulthood, revealing these unresolved wounds. By navigating triggers and our ancestors' past experiences and their patterns, we come to understand that we often repeat cycles and automatic programming that do not originate from us. Acknowledging this, we gain insight into our programmed behavior and limiting beliefs. Through introspection and mindfulness, we observe how these patterns shape our reactions and relationships with ourselves and others. Navigating this deep inner work empowers us to release old traumas, reframe our perspectives, and rewrite the story of our lives. It's a journey of self-discovery and healing, allowing us to reclaim our power back and live authentically.m our power back and live authentically.
I heard them say:
“Go home”.
But I wish them to understand, no one puts their children in a boat
unless the water is safer than the land.
who would choose to spend days and nights in the stomach of a truck unless the miles travelled meant something more than journey.
Go home they said.
But home no longer exists.
